Communicating with our members during the coronavirus situation

During the current COVID-19 situation, the great majority of our communications with our members will be by email; however, if a member would prefer to receive paper-based communication from us instead, they should contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.

All payments to members are being made by BACS transfer at present, rather than by cheque. We also encourage members to use email to contact us with any queries, though we are able to receive and handle post in the normal way. Members who wish to check their details can visit the MyVDS page of our website at any time.
